We value attentive, thorough communication. Inquiries received via our secure portal, email, or phone during regular business hours (M–F, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) are typically addressed within 1 to 2 business days. Scheduled appointments ensure dedicated, uninterrupted focus on your case.
Secure Payments & Trust Accounting
To safeguard client funds and maintain strict cybersecurity compliance, we do not host unauthenticated payment links on our site. Retainer deposits and invoices are processed exclusively via secure, direct invoicing compliant with Florida Bar rules.
Mutual Engagement & Boundaries
Scheduling an educational session, browsing resources, or submitting an intake form does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Formal representation begins exclusively when both parties execute a written Engagement Agreement and fee deposits are secured.
